We are dedicated in making your shopping experience as positive as possible and will do all we can to make you happy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lara Bly purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise within 14 days from the date received. All returned merchandise should include the original receipt, packaging, tags, and must be in exact and pristine condition. Please do not hesitate to contact us if any concerns or questions may rise during the order process.
Exchange Only: Please note that Special Orders and Preorders can only be exchanged for store credit.
Nonrefundable: Due to health and hygiene considerations, all jewelry, face masks, and accessories are final sale. Due to their unique nature, Custom Orders are nonrefundable.
Returns and Exchanges Process
By Mail:
1. Contact the store to initiate your return.
2. Package and ship your return to the following address:

All mailed returns should include original tags and receipt for processing. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and while we recommend shipping insured parcel post, you may utilize the carrier of your choice. Lara Bly Designs will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

4. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing of your return or exchange.**
5. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
In Person:

PayPal Returns
In Store: Purchases made with PayPal and that are returned in store will receive any refund in the form of a merchandise credit.
By Mail: Purchases made with PayPal that are returned by mail will receive charge credit, minus the $10 return shipping and handling fee.

Merchandise bought in store cannot be returned online
Merchandise that is used, worn, or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for refund or merchandise credit.
Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification systems, which are used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.

Shipping
Lara Bly Designs provides $10 flat rate shipping for all orders to locations within the United States and Puerto Rico. For international and expedited shipping options, please be in touch directly for information on applicable rates and fees. Our U.S. shipping is Standard Flat Rate Shipping, for alternate shipping options, please contact us directly.
Orders are shipped from the store Monday through Friday during business hours excluding Holidays. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are currently not available.
